Items can be exchanged and cannot be refunded.
For in-store purchases, the items can be exchanged within 7 days from the invoice date.
For online purchases, we accept return only if the items purchased online are either defective or damaged, in such a case opening video is a must.
For online purchase returns the reporting time should be no later than 12 hours form the delivery time.
Discounted items under sale/offer or any other promotions are not eligible for return or refund.
To be eligible for a return, your items must be unused, unaltered and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Damage arising as a result of improper care shall not be eligible for return.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
